A busy family with three children are looking for a friendly and warm
Nanny/ Household assistant to help care for their children and assist with the running of their home in the beautiful Sandbanks, area of Dorset.
The children are aged 8,6 and 3 years and are full time school. The position can be open to a local candidate on a daily basis or as a live in.
Job Description
- Driving children to and from school and activities when required.
- Helping the children with homework and encouraging positive development
- Household linen and laundry management
- Cooking healthy meals when required
- Cleaning the household to a high standard
- Stock take and shopping when required.
- Babysitting twice a week
- The family have dogs and on occasion they will need to be walked.
- Organising the household and helping where needed
- Working with the parents to ensure the home is always running smoothly.
- Creating a happy and comfortable environment.
Candidates Requirements
- Confident Driver with a clean driving licence
- You must have excellent checkable references.
- Good communication skills
- A flexible attitude
- Experience with everyday household chores
- A good understanding of the importance of close family bonds.
- Animal friendly
- A good cook
- Ability to manage a household diary.
- Excellent spoken English, able to take clear and precise messages over the phone, book appointments and make emergency calls if needed.

Days of work, Accommodation and Salary
- Own room and bathroom
- Working week will be 5 days a week, various days depending on parents working routine, hours will be 35/40 hours a week, flexible.
- 8 hours a day, five days a week
- Immediate start but family will wait for the right person
- £30-35k neg with full contract
