Corfe, Somerset –  Part time Nanny Monday/Tuesday/Thursday -  Fixed term 6 month contract 
 Sept 24 – Feb 25. 8 hours per day. £15 per hour
 
Family Description and Location
 
Lovely family living in Corfe, a beautiful leafy area of Somerset, require a Baby Nanny to care for a sweet little chap aged 5 months. The family are relocating for 6 months to live near the Grandparents, in a cottage very close by. Mum will be working from home on the 3 days and on Mondays and Thursdays the start time can be flexible but on a Tuesday the Nanny must be available to start at 7am.
 
 Job Description

•  Sole charge care of a little boy with a sweet nature while mum works.
• Helping set routine and creating a nurturing environment.
• Showing love and affection, using play to encourage learning.
• Feeding and encouraging new tastes, puree preparation
•  Assisting with nursery duties, ensuring all child related areas are clean and tidy.
• Ensuring the little boy is stimulated using, gentle speech, books, colours, toys and plenty of outdoors time.
• Communicating with Mum on any issues

 
 Candidate Requirements
 

• Driver
• Ideally living within a short commute to the home in Corfe
• Warm and friendly character
• Baby experience is essential.
• Must hold a first aid certificate.
• Candidates need to be happy in a countryside setting, there are horses on the grounds nearby.
• References going back at least 5 years are essential.

 Days of Work and Salary
 

• Monday- 8 hours a day
• Tuesday 7am-3/4pm
• Thursday 8 hours a day
• Start September with a trial period and gradual start in August. Position will end in February.
• £15 per hour- 8 hours a day
