Who We Are

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bibi co-founded the business with Andrea in 2012. She has a background in Domestic Staff Recruitment, as a Private Executive Assistant and Estate Manager since her early 20’s. Having spent time living overseas, as well as London and the Country, her experience is ideally suited to working with Town and Country’s international and UK Clients.

She is now running Town and Country Staff on a daily basis, and still loves being ‘hands on’, dealing with Clients and Candidates on a daily basis. Bibi is our Scrabble champion, and spends a lot of her free time entertaining friends and her many god children.

ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING SUPPORT

rina keeps the office running smoothly. Liaising between the consultants, the reception team and the candidates, she ensures that every candidate is properly registered, their profile is kept up to date and their CVs are formatted.
Irina is very creative, she also designs posts and runs our social media accounts, keeping the job boards up to date.

Irina is bilingual. She understands and speaks a fair amount of Portuguese which is very helpful as we have a large number of Portuguese speaking housekeepers and domestic staff on our books.  Irina is familiar with Spanish and has a modest understanding of Korean.

In her spare time Irina enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is big on travelling and dabbles in gouache painting!

CO-FOUNDER AND CONSULTANT

Andrea co-founded the business with Bibi in 2012 having had a career in recruitment spanning several decades.  She brought a wealth of management experience to the business, not only from her time in the domestic staff sector, but also as a press officer,  restaurateur and restaurant consultant.

In 2022 Andrea took a step back from the business, however she remains very much part of the Town and Country family, regularly providing her advice and support to the business. 

Senior Nanny Consultant

Our dedicated Nanny consultant with many years’ experience assisting families all over the world find the best suited childcare, Lara has a unique insight into the world of childcare. Having trained as a Nanny, worked as a VIP sole charge Nanny, holiday and travel Nanny, Teaching assistant, recruitment Nanny consultant and hired Nannies and Mannie’s for her own children, who are now grown up.

Finding childcare that suits your family can be stressful, Lara has a calm and approachable character and is totally dedicated.

ADMINISTRATION AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

Johnray is our newest addition to the team. Originally from the Philippines, he and his family relocated to the UK in 2022. With a Degree in Business Administration and Project Management, Johnray is responsible for processing job placements and managing candidates. He brings experience in providing fast, accurate, and empathetic business support across a wide range of operational and administrative tasks.

In his free time, Johnray enjoys spending quality moments with his family, and pursuing his passion for scuba diving, holding PADI and CMAS licenses acquired in 2013.

WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Bikram is our computer guy! He is responsible designing, developing and managing our websites and anything technical. He is all of our first ports of call if there is any sort of technical hitch and is extremely patient!

He makes sure that Town and Country Staff (or Nannies if it the other website)

In his spare time Bikram enjoys riding motorbikes and spending time with friends.
