Matthew is a freelance Private chef working private houses and numerous fishing, shooting lodges and sporting estates. He can cook to a high restaurant level standard, if this is required. All client requirements are all previously discussed on a personal preference, in regards to food styles and wishes. Special diets and guests with allergies are all catered for with separate meals closely related to other guests. BBQs, lunches by the river, packed lunches are served as well as afternoon cakes and goodies, usually 3 course dinners plated or served on a help yourself basis, with canapes if requested. With the occasional ‘off piste’ style of food!. He likes bake all his own breads, cakes and make soups and sauces from scratch and sources all my his supplies through local companies, local butchers and fishmongers. Fruit and vegetables unless used from the properties own gardens I use a local family business.
