Tagalog-Speaking Housekeeper/Nanny (Full/Part-Time) – £20–£22 gross ph / £40–45K gross

Family Description & Location:

A warm and professional family of four based in Radlett, Hertfordshire are seeking a reliable and experienced Tagalog-speaking Housekeeper/Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. The family live in a well-maintained four-bedroom detached home, located just a short walk from Radlett station, making the property easily accessible from surrounding areas.
Both parents work in the city and the household is organised, calm and respectful. The family have two young children aged 2 and 5, who are in full-time nursery and school during the day.
This is a lovely opportunity for a candidate seeking a stable, long-term role within a kind and welcoming family environment.

Job Description:

The role will be primarily focused on housekeeping, with some light childcare support required in the late afternoon.

Duties will include:

• Full housekeeping to a high standard throughout the home
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
• Changing bed linen and general organisation
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-run household
• Occasional light meal preparation (such as simple food prep)
• Supporting with the children in the late afternoon (from approximately 3–5pm), including helping with routines and general supervision

This is a straightforward and manageable household, best suited to a candidate who is proactive, organised and takes pride in their work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience working within a private household
• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills
• Child-friendly with a gentle and positive approach
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tagalog-speaking is essential
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance to Radlett

Days of Work, Hours and Salary:

The family are flexible and open to both part-time and full-time candidates:

• Part-time: Approximately 3–5 days per week (e.g. 9am–3pm)
• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Salary:

• £20–£22 gross per hour for part-time
• £40,000–£45,000 gross per annum for full-time

Start date: Flexible, ideally April / May 2026
