Vacancy Description

Family Description & Location:

A highly successful, public-facing CEO and founder of a skincare brand based in Wandsworth is seeking an exceptional Private PA & Lifestyle Manager to support her household and lifestyle.
This is a newly created hybrid role working closely with the Chief of Staff and office team, whilst taking full ownership of the private home and associated logistics.
The client operates at pace. The ideal candidate will be calm, highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to think several steps ahead. A background in fashion, luxury brands, styling or other fast-moving environments would be advantageous but is not essential. Proven private household experience is essential.
The role is primarily remote, with approximately one day per week on-site in Wandsworth, plus additional time during filming weeks, travel periods or renovation phases.
There is a toddler in the household. This is not a childcare role, but the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the child’s routines, wardrobe and logistics are organised and thoughtfully managed.

Job Description:

  • This is a systems-driven, ownership-led role combining household management, lifestyle coordination and senior-level PA support within the home.
  • Duties will include:
  • Overseeing full household organisation and systems, ensuring cupboards, pantry, fridge, utility areas and storage remain structured, categorised and consistently maintained.
  • Creating and maintaining a clear organisational system for skincare product samples, including digital tracking and ensuring timely returns.
  • Coordinating with the household chef and housekeeper to establish clear weekly rhythms and standards. Liaising with the client’s nutritionist/dietitian to ensure menus align with requirements and overseeing pantry discipline and stock rotation.
  • Managing household administration including post, utilities, council tax, service contracts and renewals.
  • Full responsibility for budgeting and financial oversight within the household, including tracking expenditure, comparing supplier quotes, monitoring contractor invoices, managing project budgets and ensuring cost efficiency across all household spending.
  • Overseeing maintenance and renovation projects, sourcing and liaising with contractors, negotiating where appropriate, comparing quotes, scheduling works and tracking invoices.
  • Organising the toddler’s logistics and routines (non-childcare), including nursery visits, wardrobe rotation, supply management and maintaining forward-planning trackers.
  • Supporting wardrobe organisation and event preparation, coordinating packing and travel logistics.
  • Managing household inventory, procurement and errands, ensuring smooth day-to-day running without last-minute issues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Household Manager, House & Lifestyle Manager or senior Private PA with household remit is essential.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, tracking expenditure and overseeing contractor and supplier costs.
  • Highly organised with the ability to create and maintain clear systems.
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable supporting a high-profile individual.
  • Technically confident using spreadsheets, digital trackers and calendar systems.
  • London-based within easy reach of Wandsworth. A driver would be beneficial but not essential.
  • DBS and strong references required.

Days of Work, Hours & Salary:

  • Up to 30 hours per week across five days, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required.
  • Primarily remote with approximately one day per week on-site in Wandsworth, plus additional in-person time during peak periods such as filming, travel or renovation works.
  • £25–£35 gross per hour depending on experience
  • Start date: ASAP, with flexibility for the right candidate
