Family Description and Location

A warm and friendly family are keen to find a loving, kind, and helpful Nanny. The position will involve assisting mum with the care of two children aged 3 and 2 years, both attending a school setting in September (one part time and one fulltime) and a new-born baby due in the late summer. The family home is a large three-story residence within walking distance to amenities and a short drive to Nottingham and Newark with Station with trains to Kings cross in 1hour and 15 mins. Newark a is a market town with all usual high street shops. The family have a 10-year-old Cockapoo dog that has a gentle character.
Job Description

• All child related duties
• Following routine and encouraging learning
• Daily child related laundry and linen management
• All child related areas must be organised and tidy.
• Nursery duties
• Healthy food preparation
• Puree batch cooking for baby.
• Assisting with child wardrobe management
• Following routines and assisting Mum where required
• Occasional errands and school runs( walkable)
• Some sole charge but mostly shared care duties

Candidate Requirements
This lovely family are looking for a baby confident Nanny with excellent references. Although this position is shared care with Mum there will be times when the new Nanny will be alone with one, two and on occasion three of the children, so someone who is  energetic, loving and calm when managing  young children will be essential to this role. This position would suit a nanny who is experienced with New-born babies and toddlers (age and stage of early years). Both the older children will attend an educational setting from September and so a knowledge of the UK early years curriculum would be beneficial. The family live a walkable distance to the school/nursery, shops etc so a driver is not essential. This is a long-term position.

Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
 

• Monday to Friday
• 7.00am to 6pm – breaks during the day
• Accommodation is on its own floor of the residence and is nice bedroom and Bathroom.
• Occasional weekend paid overtime.
• July august
• £30-40K salary - DOE with tax and NI paid and a contract 
• Start date- ASAP- the family will wait for the right person
