An Informal Saudi Family in  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is keen to find a Nanny supervisor / Governess to care and oversee the care of three children aged 5, 3 and 1 years old.  There are no pets at home and there are other staff within the household.
 
Job Description
Duties:

  • Supervision and management of other Nannies, ensuring adherence to family standards, providing daily oversight, guidance, training and support.
  • Develop and implement educational activities for the children, support children’s learning progress. Lends a helping hand with homework and studies as needed.
  • Organise children’s events, outings, and activities ensuring the events are safe, enjoyable, and well- structured.
  • Accompany the family on domestic and international trips as needed, offering flexibility with scheduling and a willingness to adapt to the family's needs.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supervising nannies and a strong background in childcare, educational planning, and event coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, strong organisational and multitasking skills, proficiency in planning educational activities and coordinating events.
  • passion for childcare and child development, warm and nurturing demeanour, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Native English-speaking skills are essential to support the children's language development and ensure effective communication within the household.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, overnight stays/overtime as required, with the willingness and ability to travel with the family as needed.
  • Treats the family with the utmost respect and professionalism, always honouring their privacy and confidentiality.
  • Goes the extra mile to ensure the children's safety and well-being, ready to lend a hand with any additional tasks or requests that arise.

 
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all nannies, planning educational activities, coordinating events for the children, and traveling with the family when needed.
The Nanny Supervisor should possess a genuine passion for childcare, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of nannies to ensure the highest standard of care and development for the children.
 
It is essential that English is your first language as excellent language skills are required to support the children's language development and ensure effective communication within the household.
 
Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
 

  • Hours: 24 hours on call with breaks 6 days per week.
  • Days Off per week: 1 day per week
  • Overtime provided: Yes
