Vacancy Description
Family Description & Location
A warm and welcoming UHNW family are seeking a kind, experienced and professional Nanny / Housekeeper to join their household on a long-term basis. The role is based at their beautifully run private estate in Staffordshire.
This is a fully staffed home, and the family also spend time across multiple residences including London, the South of France, the USA, and aboard their private yacht.
The family have three children aged 3, 5 and 12 years and are looking for someone who can become a consistent, positive and trusted presence in their lives, while also supporting the wider household.
Job Description
This is a varied and dynamic role, combining childcare with hands-on household support within a team environment.
You will be responsible for the children’s daily routines, including school runs, organising activities, supporting early years development and assisting with homework. You will also prepare healthy meals for the children and ensure their areas, belongings and routines are well maintained.
During school hours, you will assist the household team with general housekeeping duties. This includes helping to maintain high standards throughout the home and occasionally covering for a housekeeper on their day off.
The household is fully staffed, including a long-standing Nanny of over 10 years, so it is essential that you are a strong team player who can integrate seamlessly into an established and well-run environment.
The role includes regular travel with the family. Flexibility is important, particularly when the family are in residence.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, warm, organised and confident balancing childcare with household duties.

• Confident supporting development, routines and homework
• Excellent spoken English
• A flexible, proactive and can-do attitude
• Happy to assist with housekeeping duties when required
• Comfortable working within a fully staffed home
• Passport with no travel restrictions and willingness to travel internationally
• Driving is beneficial (estate car provided), but not essential
• Excellent references and a stable employment history
Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
• 5 days per week
• Standard days off: Tuesday and Wednesday (flexibility required when travelling, with time off in lieu)
• 50 hours per week
• Live-in or live-out with separate staff accommodation provided
• Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus access to staff communal living and kitchen areas (separate from the main house)
• £40,000–£45,000 gross per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Start date: ASAP or flexible for the right candidate
