JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include:
 

  • Providing comprehensive Personal Assistant support, including diary management, correspondence and general administration.
  • Managing estate administration, tenancy documentation and compliance records.
  • Processing invoices, monitoring payments and liaising with the company accountant.
  • Coordinating utilities, supplier contracts and service providers.
  • Assisting with HR administration and providing payroll cover during periods of absence.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the client's luxury holiday accommodation, including coordinating cleaners, ordering supplies, managing linen replacement and arranging repairs when required.
  • Coordinating contractors, tradespeople and suppliers across the estate and ongoing building projects.
  • Maintaining vehicle and fleet administration, insurance renewals and statutory records.
  • Ensuring all administrative systems, compliance deadlines and documentation are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Providing general administrative and organisational support to the owner as required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will:
 

  • Have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Estate Administrator, Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Be exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Be proactive, resourceful and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Have excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Experience with Xero, bookkeeping or payroll administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Previous experience within property, estates, facilities management or holiday accommodation would be highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have their own vehicle due to the rural location.
  • Be professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

DAYS OF WORK, HOURS AND SALARY
 

  • Full-time or part-time applicants will be considered.
  • The role is primarily based on-site in rural Leicestershire, with an on-site presence required several days each week. Flexibility may be available for the remainder of the working week.
  • Immediate start preferred, although the client is happy to wait for the right candidate should they be required to work a notice period.
  • Salary: £40,000–£55,000 gross per annum for a full-time position, depending on experience.
