An exciting opportunity to support the Founder & CEO and Managing Director of a fast-growing, London-based beauty brand known for its focus on sustainability, wellness and innovation. The role is based in London with regular in-person filming required in SW London, as well as occasional attendance at key events.
Job Description
This is a hands-on, content-focused role where you will support the day-to-day management and growth of two personal social media profiles across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. The position is centred around consistent content creation, filming and editing, alongside light planning and coordination.
• Create 2–3 pieces of content per week across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Film and edit content in person, including behind-the-scenes, talking head and day-in-the-life formats
• Write captions in line with each individual’s tone of voice
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Manage content calendars and scheduling
• Carry out light community engagement and inbox monitoring
• Support content capture at occasional events
• Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach and growth
Candidate Requirements
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal, founder or brand)
• Confident filming and editing content using iPhone and editing tools such as CapCut or similar
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Good copywriting skills with attention to tone of voice
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage your own time
• London-based and able to attend regular in-person filming sessions
• Interest in beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands preferred

Freelance, 2–3 days per week (flexible depending on content schedule)
£3,500 per month (self-employed basis)
The role is positioned at a mid-level with a primary focus on content execution. Expected output is approximately 2–3 pieces of content per week, with one regular filming day (or batched content sessions), alongside editing, posting and light performance tracking.
