They have a 19-month-old toddler boy and will be living in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern apartment in Shepherd’s Bush (W12). The mother has previously worked with a Tagalog-speaking housekeeper, so Tagalog speakers are warmly encouraged, though not essential. There are no pets in the home.

Job Description:

This role combines housekeeping and childcare, and would suit someone who is kind, organised, and confident supporting daily family routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping to a high standard
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Keeping rooms tidy, organised, and running smoothly
  • Childcare for the toddler (naps, feeding, play, outings, age-appropriate learning)
  • Confident preparing family meals using provided recipes
  • Managing household supplies and accepting deliveries

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working as a Nanny/Housekeeper in a private household
  • Warm, nurturing, reliable, and calm
  • Confident with toddler routines
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Good level of spoken English
  • Tagalog speakers encouraged to apply
  • Excellent checkable references required
  • Non-smoker

Working Hours:

34 hours per week, Monday to Friday:

  • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00am–1:00pm
  • Wednesday & Friday: 10:00am–6:00pm

(Some flexibility appreciated during the family’s resettling period.)

Salary & Employment:

  • £20–£25 gross per hour, depending on experience
  • Live-out position
  • Contract will be issued
  • Tax and National Insurance will be paid
  • Start Date: 13 November 2025 (flexible)
