Daily Housekeeper / Nanny – Tagalog Speaking Preferred - : £46,500 – £50,000 gross per annum (neg)

Family Description & Location:

A welcoming, informal family based in Notting Hill / Holland Park (W11) are looking for a full-time Housekeeper/Nanny to join them in January. Their 2-year-old daughter will be at nursery most of the day, allowing the successful candidate to focus on keeping the household running smoothly. Both parents work from home part of the week and share some of the nursery pick-ups. The family live in a beautifully presented four-storey home of around 350 square metres. There are no pets, and the atmosphere in the home is friendly, respectful, and relaxed.

Job Description:

This is a long-term daily role combining high-standard housekeeping with caring for a young child. The split is approximately 70% housekeeping and 30% childcare.
Housekeeping Duties

• General housekeeping to a high standard across all areas of the home
• Laundry and ironing, including handwashing delicates
• Deep cleaning and organisation of wardrobes and storage
• Managing household supplies, taking deliveries, and liaising with trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
• Keeping the kitchen and communal areas immaculate
• Ensuring the home is tidy, beautifully presented, and welcoming

Childcare Duties:
 

• Nursery pick-up at 3:30pm
• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the daughter (recipes provided)
• Cooking for the parents is a bonus but not required.
• Supporting her routines, playtime, and development in a warm, engaging way
• Maintaining a nurturing, structured and gentle approach

Candidate Requirements:
 

• Tagalog-speaking preferred
• Excellent housekeeping and childcare experience in private homes
• Warm, trustworthy, and proactive
• Good communication skills and fluent English
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Experience with toddlers and nursery routines
• Discreet and respectful of a family’s privacy

Days of Work, Accommodation & Salary:
 

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am – 6:00pm (40 hours per week)
• £46,500 – £50,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
• Start date: January
• Travel: Not required
• Holidays: To be taken during family’s main breaks (July/August and December)
• Accommodation: Daily (live-out) position
