A warm and welcoming family is seeking a professional, highly organised Daily Housekeeper to care for their beautiful country residence near Alresford, Hampshire. The household includes teenage children and friendly dogs, so a pet-friendly and family-oriented approach is essential.
The property is a large, well-appointed home requiring a housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms to a high standard
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Household organisation and ensuring supplies are fully stocked
• Occasional support with entertaining and preparing the home for guests
• Working cooperatively with other household staff or external contractors as needed
• Pet-friendly approach; happy working around dogs

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous private housekeeping experience in a similar country home
• Excellent eye for detail and high standards of presentation
• Professional, discreet, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently
• Driver essential due to rural location

Hours & Pay:

• 2–5 days per week (to be agreed with the family)
• Self-employed, £20 per hour
• Start date: September 2025
