Gabrielle is a private chef, originally from London, now living in Bath, working both locally and internationally, using seasonal, local and fresh ingredients, cooked from scratch. The provenance of ingredients is very important to her - She loves harvesting herbs, fruits and vegetables to use in her cooking, whether that would be from my own garden, or the garden of a client.
