Caroline is freelance private chef work both on and offshore, internationally and UK based, with clients  ranging from families requiring a private chef on a short term basis to specialist trips (mountain  biking, skiing) on board boats both in Norway and Scotland, producing healthy yet delicious meals  using fresh regional produce offering variety and appealing plates of food to all my clients.  
I also undertake regular corporate wellness workshops based in Bath, running employee cookery  classes, themed around healthy breakfast ideas, energy boosting lunches or healthy suppers, as well  as presentations on topical themes including nutrition and mental wellbeing, supporting energy  levels, healthy body, healthy mind etc.
