She is a wonderful Nanny known to us for over 10 years. A totally loving and dedicated Nanny, she really does put the children in her care first! She is Montessori trained, with over 25 years experience in the childcare industry. She encourages learning and positive development, teaching skills at the Childs pace, while creating a nurturing and proactive environment. She has recently been working as a Rota Nanny where she has worked along side a team of household staff including Security. She has organised menus, shopping and stocktake, medical needs and appointments and created schedules and diaries. The position involved a lot of travel, where it has been an essential part of her job to prepare and entertain the child in her care for long  and short haul flights.
