Daily Tagalog Speaking Housekeeper - £18–£20 gross per hour (up to £46,800 gross per annum)

Family Description and Location:

A professional businesswoman is seeking an organised and reliable Tagalog Speaking Daily Housekeeper to help maintain her split-level apartment in Maida Vale, London.
The apartment is conveniently located within an 8–10 minute walk of Maida Vale, Warwick Avenue, Paddington and Queen’s Park stations, making it easily accessible. The household is calm and straightforward to manage and would suit a proactive housekeeper who enjoys keeping a home organised and running smoothly.
The principal has a small Maltipoo dog and a dog walker is also employed, however the housekeeper will assist with some light dog care when needed.

Job Description:

• General housekeeping including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Care and maintenance of wooden flooring throughout the house
• Hand washing and care of fine fabrics including regular shoe care
• Laundry care including washing, ironing and folding; wardrobe organisation
• Cleaning out and organising the fridge
• Making lists of cleaning products and household items needed
• Grocery shopping as required
• Running errands to pharmacy, dry cleaners and other locations as needed
• Preparing breakfast
• Preparing home-style dinners
• Feeding the dog (food provided)
• Taking the dog for walks
• Taking the dog to vet appointments and grooming sessions
• Ad hoc household duties as required
• Candidate Requirements
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a private household and be confident managing a home independently.
• You should have excellent housekeeping and laundry skills, be organised and proactive, and take pride in maintaining a home to a high standard. The role would suit someone reliable, discreet and comfortable working in a private residence.
• Good checkable references are essential.

Days of Work and Salary:

• Monday to Friday
• 9am – 6pm (45 hours per week)
• £18–£20 gross per hour
• Equivalent to approximately £42,120 – £46,800 gross per annum
• The candidate will be employed on a PAYE basis under the company’s payroll at £18–£20 per hour.
