A prestigious UHNW family based in Soho, Central London, are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Private Personal Assistant (PA/EA) to join their established family office team. The principals are exceptionally busy, hands-on individuals running multiple business ventures, and require top-tier support across both professional and personal aspects of their lives.
Job Description:
This is not a traditional private household PA role. The successful candidate will be immersed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with the principals, their senior PA, and an efficient team within a private family office setting. The role requires resilience, discretion, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to juggle shifting priorities with calm professionalism.
You will be expected to manage complex diaries, coordinate international door-to-door travel (including private jets), handle luxury purchases, manage property-related admin, and provide business support. Flexibility for out-of-hours availability is essential.
Candidates from fast-paced corporate or entrepreneurial environments are especially encouraged to apply, particularly those who have supported a principal or executive at C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct support to the principals and the senior PA
- Complex, ever-changing diary and calendar management
- Door-to-door global travel arrangements (including private aviation)
- Booking events, restaurants, appointments and private engagements
- Luxury gift sourcing, purchasing and wrapping (including price comparisons)
- Support with international property management administration
- Managing petty cash, payments and accurate expense tracking
- Document handling and maintenance of digital filing systems
- General PA duties and broader business support as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ PA/EA experience, ideally supporting a principal or executive in a high-pressure setting
- Background in a business, commercial or family office environment preferred (not traditional private household)
- Excellent written and spoken English (Thai language skills a plus)
- Strong IT literacy (MS Office, digital filing, email management)
- Commercially astute with awareness of time, cost and quality
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Calm under pressure, with a solutions-led mindset
- Critical thinker with sound judgement and initiative
- Trustworthy, adaptable, and highly discreet
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to support out-of-hours and weekend requests when required
Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based in Soho, with flexibility for out-of-hours needs
- Location: Central London (no travel required)
- Accommodation: Live-out
- Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and skillset
