Family Description and Location
The family are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Daily Nanny to work four days a week caring for two busy little girls aged 3 and 4 years. The position will be shared care with mum with some sole charge and proxy parenting. The family live in an apartment in Maida Vale which is walking distance from Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue Station. They also have a country house in Cotswolds where the family spend time in the holidays and the Nanny would be expected to live in in the Cotswolds for parts of the school holidays. There is a cleaner at both residence and no pets at either residence.

Job Description

The position will include nursery duties and school runs, ensuring the children are organised and ready for attendance, creating healthy snacks and meals, follow routines eg bath and bedtime, breakfast and dressing, meals and reading time, assist with laundry and keep the homes tidy and organised. The children enjoy small people play, imagine games and arts and crafts as well as baking and messy play. 
 
Candidate Requirements

The family are keen for someone who has the skills to guide the children, play age-appropriate games, encourage learning and positive behaviour. The children respond well in a proactive and happy environment so the ideal candidate will need to be gentle yet firm, able to guide the children in a positive way.  The girls can be strong willed and so the new Nanny will need to have the skills to calm them using positive tactics.  It is important to the family that the new nanny is sociable and wants to be included in the family, a dedicated person who is reliable, kind and looking for a long-term position. A driver with a clean licence and the confidence to drive around Maida Vale, surrounding areas and in the Countryside is essential for this role, a family automatic car will be available while on duty.

Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary

•Monday to Thursday
•8am- 6/6.30pm
•Daily in London and live in with own room and bathroom at the family countryside residence.
•£40k gross neg with full contract TAX and NI
