A very informal British couple with 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6 are looking for a confident live in child friendly housekeeper to come and join their team. The family have a weekday nanny and a weekend nanny who both travel with the family so there is no travel with this role.  They live in a 5-storey family home in the heart of Highgate in North London, and they have no pets. You will need to be a confident driver.

Family Description and Location

Your mornings will be spent organising the house and the afternoon will be spent doing school runs and they assist the nanny with the children. Duties to include:

• Housekeeping to a high standard
• All normal washing, ironing, folding, and sorting
• Tidying and sorting
• Cooking simple meals for children
• Assisting with bed and bathtime as required.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
• Morning and evening Afternoon school and nursery runs.
• Assisting with playdates and other nursery activities.
• Anything else needed to keep the home running smoothly.

Candidate Requirements 

You must be an experienced housekeeper who is happy to work in an informal team. You will need to be a confident driver (car for use on Duty is an automatic Volkswagen iD3 ) You must be child friendly and have excellent references.

Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
 

• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 6:30pm with a lunch break
• Parking available for your own car
• Occasional babysitting, no more than 2 weeknights per week (all overtime will be paid)
• 1 bedroom flat with a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen/sitting with own kitchen which has been newly decorated with all new amenities
• £45K gross (inclusive of Tax and NI) with contract
