A UHNW busy family are looking for a permanent professional Nanny to care for their three children aged 12 months, 3 years, and 12 years. The family’s main residence is on a large estate in Staffordshire which is fully staffed, other residences are in Monaco, London, USA.
 
Job Description
 
The family is keen to find a candidate who is looking for a long-term position to create a stable environment for the children. Duties in this position will be: following routines and implementing any changes while the children mature and develop, ensure the children are safe and are being nurtured in a positive environment, arranging playdates, following a hygiene routine, scheduling appointments and liaising with educational staff at child settings and health care professionals. Ideal candidates should be interested in child nutrition, cooking and be happy to assist with family meal preparation. The family employ several household staff as well as another Nanny who has been with the family for 10 years. There will be travel requirements to various locations  worldwide with this position. There will be some Nursery and Housekeeping duties with this position. Working days will need to be flexible when the family are in residence so weekend cover will be required.
 
Candidate Requirements
 
An experienced nanny, skilled at caring for children of various ages and stages.  Excellent Spoken English language skills are essential as the younger children are forming their words and candidates with a knowledge of early years education would be an asset, as well as someone who can assist with homework for school years 7-9. There will be 4-8 weeks travel with this position, candidates must hold a non-restrictive passport and be confident managing children on long and short haul journeys. A confident driver would be a benefit as there is a car available however the family will consider a non-driver. Only candidates with an excellent work history, checkable references will be invited for interview. Good communication skills and a flexible attitude are key for this position.
 
Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
 

• Days and hours: 5 days per week, Monday - Friday with flexibility especially when travelling. Mainly Morning and evening routine with a break during the day/rota.
  Some weekend work with days back in lieu.
  Total hours per week: 55

• Start date: Can be ASAP or willing to wait for the right person.
• Salary: £700 - 900 Gross Per Week (can be higher for the right candidate)
• Own bedroom and bathroom with staff cooking facilities in the UK and also when travelling.
