Family Description and Location

A working professional couple with no children are moving into their brand new apartment and are looking for an experienced housekeeper to come and look after them. They have just relocated from Singapore and have a small dog. The apartment is modern with wooden floors and very easy to keep clean and is all on one level.  The couple work in the week so you would only see them once a week.  The apartment is a very short walk from Canary Wharf Station which has the Jubilee line, the Elizabeth line, and the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and is very accessible from all parts of London.

Job Description

• All housekeeping and cleaning to a thorough standard.
• Weekly linen changes for all bedding
• Laundry and pressing (no handwashing)
• Simple food preparation including a light breakfast and leaving the evening meal. The family enjoys healthy food such as salads, sandwiches, fish / seafood, desserts and simple Asian style food (recipes and guidance can be provided)
• Pet care for a very small Shih tzu dog including feeding, light walk and company.

Candidate Requirements

You must be an experienced housekeeper with attention to detail and be willing to work on Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday. You must be dog-friendly / love dogs and happy to cook Asian-style food.

Days of Work and Salary

• 3-day week Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday (days are not changeable)
• 9am – 5pm (24-hour week)
• £15-£18 per hour gross (please note you will be self-employed)
• ASAP
